Cancelations
Please allow 48 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel under the 48 hour mark 2x in a row, a nonrefundable down payment will be needed for your next appointment which will be put towards that service. If you cancel day of appointment, a 40% nonrefundable cancelation fee will be requested for the services scheduled. This system will allow another guest to be able to book in that spot and help keep my small business running for years to come!
No call, no show will need a non-refundable down payment to schedule a future appointment. This will be used to go towards their booked service. If this becomes an additional “No Show”or last minute cancellation, the non-refundable down payment will become the cancellation fee.
